These Terms of Service govern your use of farbalux.com and our professional wallpaper installation services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
Farba Lux LLC provides professional wallpaper installation services including: standard, custom, mural, and specialty wallpaper installation; textured, grasscloth, and luxury wallpaper; residential and commercial projects; wallpaper removal and surface preparation.
All estimates are free and non-binding until a written agreement is signed. Final pricing may vary based on actual wall measurements, wallpaper type, installation complexity, and required surface preparation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
Service appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
You agree to: provide clear access to the installation area; remove fragile items and furniture prior to our arrival; ensure wallpaper materials are available on the agreed installation date; disclose any known wall damage, moisture issues, or lead paint conditions.
We provide a 2-year warranty on all wallpaper installation work performed by Farba Lux LLC. This warranty covers seam separation, bubbling, or lifting caused by installation defects. It does not cover damage caused by water leaks, humidity issues, structural settlement, or normal wear and tear.
A deposit may be required upon signing the agreement. Final payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Overdue invoices may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.
Farba Lux LLC total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
